DRILLS Coaches are experienced professionals who have been designing and running football practices and other strength and conditioning workouts for years. Coaches will provide feedback and tips to improve your form, accuracy and technique, and motivate you to push yourself to your peak performance.
Mike Pryce is a certified Fitness Specialst & (USAW) Sports Performance Coach. He builds, trains, and empowers athletes and individuals to strive for excellence and achieve their "ultimate greatness" through progression, goals, and championships! Pryce also instructs group fitness workouts, presents fitness regimens at health fairs, and speaks at fitness expos across the country. In high school, Pryce played three years of varsity football, in which he was a team captain and an All-State Football Player. His work ethic, mental preparation, and desire to be great earned him a full athletic scholarship to play division-one college football at Central Michigan University. In 2006, he graduated from CMU with a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting cinematic arts.

Kenyon Spann is entering his 9th season with George Mason University club football team as their Defensive and strength coach, and his 2nd season as the team Defensive Coordinator. In his coaching career, Coach Spann has coached several players who earned numerous post-season awards including All-American and Player-of-the-Year recognitions for the NCFA. Coach Spann earned his Masters in Sport Psychology, and his Bachelor of Education from George Mason University, where he played football. He is currently a Physical Education teacher in Arlington VA, where he has been teaching for the past 9 years.
ROBERTO TERRELL IS CURRENTLY IN HIS SECOND SEASON COACHING DEFENSIVE BACKS AT PAINT BRANCH HS (BURTONSVILLE, MD).
TERRELL STARTED HIS COACHING CAREER AT DUNNELLON HS, HIS ALMA MATER, IN 2007, WHERE HE WORKED AS THE VARSITY DEFENSIVE BACK AND RECEIVERS COACH. THERE, TERRELL PRODUCED THREE DIVISION I ATHLETES, INCLUDING TERRENCE BROOKS, FORMER FSU NATIONAL CHAMPION AND CURRENT NEW YORK JETS FREE SAFETY
WHILE A STUDENT AT MARSHALL UNIVERSITY, TERRELL PLAYED AS 4 YEAR STARTER AT CORNERBACK AND CAPTAIN FOR 2 YEARS. DURING HIS SOPHOMORE SEASON, TERRELL LED THE CONFERENCE IN PASS BREAK UPS AND KICKOFF RETURN YARDAGE. IN HIS JUNIOR YEAR, TERRELL WAS PLACED ON THE JIM THORPE AWARD WATCH LIST, GIVEN TO THE BEST DEFENSIVE BACK IN THE COUNTRY.
