All of our coaches have designed football and other strength and conditioning practices for years. Coaches will provide feedback and tips to improve your form, accuracy and technique and motivate you to push yourself to new limits. 

 DRILLS Coach Kenyon Span

Kenyon Span

 Kenyon Spann is entering his 9th season with George Mason University club football team as their Defensive and strength coach, and his 2nd season as the team Defensive Coordinator.  In his coaching career, Coach Spann has coached several players who earned numerous post-season awards including All-American and Player-of-the-Year recognitions for the NCFA.

Coach Spann earned his Masters in Sport Psychology, and his Bachelor of Education from George Mason University, where he played football. He is currently a Physical Education teacher in Arlington VA, where he has been teaching for the past 9 years.

 DRILLS coach Tim Spicer

Tim Spicer

Coach Spicer is in his 7th  season with the Patriots. He will be coaching the linebackers and also is the Special Teams Coordinator. Coach Spicer is also heavily involved in the recruiting efforts. Tim comes to Mason football after several years in the Northern Virginia high school ranks, most recently at Freedom high School in Loudoun County. He also coached at Massaponox High School in Spotsylvania County, where he served as linebacker's coach, defensive coordinator and special teams coordinator.

Coach Spicer is from Snow Hill, Maryland. Coach Spicer currently resides in Aldie, Virginia and works as a government contractor in Northern VA. Prior to his current employment, Coach Spicer had a career in the military.
